Online Group Coaching
Choose between Weightlifting, CrossFit, or Yoga! This programming is done on your own with expectations to report to the private Facebook group once per week (tagging your coach). All coaching, questions, and results will be facilitated through the private Facebook group. Although each of these programs looks very different, they are all tailored to the Postpartum Athlete.
Cori McDougald: Weightlifting.
Sydney Courtney: CrossFit
Marissa Tonkovic: Yoga.
