StrongMoms CrossFit Essentials

This program is for postnatal moms who are looking to get back into CrossFit safely.  If you have met the minimum requirements, you're welcome to join this program when we periodically open it up!  After you complete the first three weeks of essentials, you'll continue on and progress your fitness with monthly programming designed especially for moms!
